The family's plastics trade began with Suresh Kumar Gupta. In 2000, his sons Atul and Amit Gupta took it forward and founded Shri Balaji Plastic at M-4, Sector-5, Industrial Area, Bawana, recycling PP raffia-grade waste at a time when the market barely valued it. Two and a half decades later, that same plant now recycles and trades PP granules relied on by some of the biggest household plastic injection moulding and furniture brands in the country.
What hasn't changed is how the business is run: directly, personally, and by second-generation owners who still pick up the phone themselves.

Atul Gupta
Co-founded Shri Balaji Plastic in 2000, continuing the family's plastics trade started by his father, Suresh Kumar Gupta, and has led its PP waste recycling and granule trading operations from Bawana ever since.
Amit Gupta
Co-runs the business day to day, overseeing quality and the customer relationships that have kept buyers coming back for decades.
